We are excited to announce that Warehouse One7 is now offering cognitive assessment services alongside our existing therapeutic support. 
Warehouse One7 strives to provide quality assessment that is informed by our therapeutic model and will enrich the journey of the young person and their families.
We offer a competitive rate for the market, with our schedule of fees below. Concession card holders are entitled to a 15% price reduction, and for all families a payment plan can be arranged to reduce financial burden. We will require some form of payment at the initial consult. Please note all assessment prices include:
  • Initial information gathering session with parent(s) / carer(s), and where suitable the young person
  • 1 – 2 hour school observation conducted by a Provisional Psychologist (supervised by Clinical Lead)
  • Full assessment battery
  • Comprehensive assessment interpretive report
  • Feedback session with parent(s) or carer(s)

Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children, Fifth Edition: Australian and New Zealand Standardised Edition (WISC-V A&NZ)

The WISC-V is the gold standard assessment tool designed to measure a child's intellectual ability.
The WISC-V is an individually administered comprehensive clinical instrument for assessing the cognitive ability/intelligence of children aged 6 years 0 months through 16 years 11 months (6:0 - 16:11).
The WISC-V provides subtest and composite scores that represent intellectual functioning in specific cognitive domains, as well as a composite score that represents the general intellectual ability.

Wechsler Individual Achievement Test - Australian and New Zealand Standardised, Third Edition (WIAT-III A&NZ)

The Wechsler Individual Achievement Test Third Edition assesses the academic achievement of children, adolescents, tertiary students and adults aged 4:0-50:11. The test enables the assessment of a broad range of academic skills or only an area of need.
There are four basic scales: Reading, Math, Writing, and Oral Language.
